Problem Statement

Objective: Increase brand awareness, engagement, and in-store foot traffic through consistent social media management, outdoor advertising (billboards), and promotional videos.
Challenge: Bargain City needed a way to reach younger audiences and maintain engagement across multiple locations in Puerto Rico, all while competing with larger retailers like Walmart.

Services Provided

Social Media Management: Epikom Interactive has managed Bargain City’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) since 2015. This includes creating and publishing content like posts, stories, and reels, as well as managing community engagement.

Videography: Creation of promotional videos showcasing Bargain City’s wide range of products and in-store events. Videos were used across both social media platforms and in stores to drive engagement and sales.

Billboard Campaigns

ince 2015, we have collaborated with Bargain City on several key billboard campaigns, focusing on high-impact, seasonal promotions. Our work includes designing and implementing targeted outdoor ads that align with major sales events, such as the “La Magia de la Navidad” campaign during the holiday season. These billboards have been strategically placed in high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and drive foot traffic to the stores. While we haven’t managed all of Bargain City’s billboard campaigns, our contributions have played a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and customer engagement during pivotal times.
